Manager, Treasury & Strategic Finance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist FP&A and Leadership with Long-Term Modeling and Cash Forecasting: Partner with the FP&A team and senior management to create and uphold detailed long-term financial models and cash flow projections, delivering insights to guide strategic decision-making.

• Manage Treasury, Banking Operations, Cash Flow Planning, and Liquidity: Oversee daily treasury functions, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships, ensuring the company's financial health and operational effectiveness.

• Lead Special Cross-Functional Initiatives to Enhance Financial Processes, Systems, and Forecasting: Spearhead and engage in cross-departmental projects focused on improving financial systems, processes, and forecasting methodologies, promoting ongoing enhancement and scalability.

• Supervise Accounts Payable Performance and Efficiency: Evaluate and refine accounts payable processes to guarantee timely and precise payments, strengthen vendor relationships, and boost operational efficiency.

• Execute Working Capital Optimization Projects: Discover and apply strategies to enhance working capital, encompassing inventory management, receivables, and payables, to improve cash conversion cycles and support business expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA, CTP, or CFA designation is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance positions, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.

• Strong grasp of cash management, financial modeling, and liquidity planning.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and implement process improvements.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel modeling experience is crucial.

• Candidates must complete a criminal records check upon hiring;
