This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a business partner within the Sales and Delivery Organization across the Americas.

• Collaborate and engage with various stakeholders in Corporate as well as other regions.

• Ensure the precision and completeness of forecast submissions.

• Drive essential liquidity actions, including the escalation of collections and billing matters.

• Play a significant role in intricate negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners.

• Formulate negotiation strategies and tactics to optimize value.

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for software products, services, and solutions.

• Collaborate with central finance teams.

• Monitor pricing performance and market trends.

• Provide guidance and leadership to various communities within the Americas region.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Demonstrated experience (8+ years) in commercial negotiations, pricing, or similar roles, ideally within the software or technology sector.

• Strong grasp of pricing strategies, methodologies, and models.

• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully concluding complex deals.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a diverse team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and pricing tools/software.

• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to commercial agreements and pricing is advantageous.
