Product Manager – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product areas in sectors such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.

• Identify user challenges, establish product scope, define success metrics, and create roadmap and launch strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.

• Transform intricate financial products into straightforward and user-friendly customer experiences.

• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production challenges to enhance product decisions.

• Introduce new features, track performance, and facilitate iterative improvements.

• Balance trade-offs among speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a similar capacity.

• Strong product intuition with the capability to simplify intricate workflows.

• Proficient in collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.

• Comfortable utilizing metrics, user feedback, conducting experiments, and engaging in post-launch evaluations.

• Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.

• Prior experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or in high-growth product environments is highly advantageous.
