Senior FP&A Analyst – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting process, which encompasses monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Evaluate key factors influencing ARR performance, including new logo acquisition, expansion, contraction, churn, and foreign exchange impacts.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of ARR data across various systems.

• Maintain and enhance ARR models and reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation.

• Create and uphold high-quality reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity stakeholders.

• Provide clear, actionable insights specifically designed for executive and private equity audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or financial reporting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Practical experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.

• Nice to Have: Experience in a multinational setting.

• Nice to Have: Skills in PowerBI or other advanced data visualization tools.
