This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main financial advisor and strategic business partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, as well as the senior Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Provide financial decision-making support related to investment planning, growth strategies, and resource allocation.
• Offer financial insights on territory design, sales coverage models, channel strategies, and the prioritization of marketing investments.
• Oversee the monthly rolling forecast process encompassing bookings, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Manage the annual budget process, including comprehensive planning for bookings, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Create and maintain driver-based financial models to assist with GTM resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Own and refine the GTM KPI and ROI frameworks, which include metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback period, GRR, NRR, and ACV.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on setting targets, designing quotas, making assumptions about rep productivity, and planning territories.
• Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of financial results, including variance analysis and trend reporting for executive-level review.
• Prepare materials suitable for executive presentations, comprising financial models, scenario analyses, and board presentations.
• Lead the Commercial Analytics function, focusing on Sales pipeline, rep productivity, territory performance, marketing ROI, demand generation analytics, and campaign attribution.
• Enhance the financial reporting infrastructure, boost forecast accuracy, and adapt reporting cadences to align with the needs of a PE-backed, high-growth setting.
• Lead and nurture a team that spans FP&A and commercial analytics by setting analytical benchmarks, managing priorities, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that support the overall goals of the position.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, operational finance, or commercial finance.
• More than 5 years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience in leading financial planning and decision support for Sales and/or Marketing organizations within a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience in leading or closely collaborating with a commercial analytics function is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders in a matrixed organization and influence decision-making at the VP and C-suite levels.
• Experience in constructing driver-based, scalable models across headcount, capacity, and revenue.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar FP&A, CRM, and BI platforms is preferred.
