This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture the Treasury team members by providing consistent feedback, performance management, and support for career growth.
• Set team priorities and ensure efficient execution of daily treasury functions, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ongoing improvement, and operational excellence within the Treasury department.
• Appropriately delegate responsibilities while maintaining robust oversight of controls, compliance, and service standards.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership on workforce planning, succession strategy, and organizational development within Treasury.
• Act as the primary escalation point for treasury operational challenges and intricate banking issues.
• Promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-training initiatives to enhance team resilience and scalability.
• Manage and oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity across more than 30 domestic and international bank accounts.
• Lead both short- and long-term cash forecasting processes, working with FP&A and business stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy and support strategic planning needs.
• Formulate recommendations regarding cash deployment, working capital optimization, and liquidity strategies.
• Ensure timely execution and approval of external and intercompany wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other treasury activities following company policies and controls.
• Serve as the chief relationship manager for banking partners, focusing on service improvements, fee optimization, and evaluations of treasury products.
• Oversee all bank account administration tasks, including account openings, closures, KYC compliance, signatory management, and governance of banking platforms.
• Assess and implement treasury management solutions and banking services that enhance efficiency, controls, and scalability.
• Act as the administrator and strategic lead for corporate card programs and related banking services.
• Supervise treasury reporting, encompassing cash forecasts, liquidity metrics, debt reporting, and management reporting packages.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to facilitate month-end closing activities, cash reconciliations, journal entries, statement of cash flows, and audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.
• Monitor fraud prevention tools, Positive Pay exceptions, and treasury control measures to mitigate operational and financial risk.
• Spearhead treasury transformation projects aimed at enhancing scalability, operational efficiency, internal controls, and the overall employee experience.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting, with at least 1 year of recent Treasury experience.
• Prior experience at a company generating approximately $250M–$350M in annual revenue, preferably private equity-backed and within the SaaS sector.
• Proven track record in managing cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of treasury operations, cash management practices, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in building and refining forecasts within complex treasury environments, utilizing both data-driven analysis and strategic judgment, while collaborating across the finance department to ensure precision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, foster process improvements, and improve business outcomes.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a readiness to learn, adopt, and advocate for emerging technologies and innovative working methods.
• Availability to work standard business hours (8am – 5pm) in either Eastern or Central Time zones.
