This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage ERPA’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Evisort (Workday CLM), which includes system configuration, contract ingestion, metadata management, workflows, and continuous optimization.
• Review, negotiate, approve, and execute various agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, supplier contracts, and customer contracts (MSA & SOW based on specific criteria).
• Analyze request for proposal (RFP) terms and conditions for each proposal effort to evaluate potential financial and business risks.
• Engage in proposal pricing reviews.
• Establish an internal contract management system to ensure standardized practices and naming conventions for efficiently tracking contract information, including performance periods, renewals, modifications, and compliance with contract-specific terms, conditions, and deliverables.
• Review, negotiate, and send contracts for final signature to the CFO.
• Investigate and resolve contract-related issues.
• Evaluate potential conflicts of interest.
• Participate in customer engagement activities to ensure proper compliance, including reporting.
• Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and processes.
• Conduct analysis and provide profitability tracking for each contract.
• Make informed decisions using sound judgment while adhering to policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist the CFO with projects as required.
• Oversee, manage, and guarantee compliance/reporting for contract vehicles and cooperative purchasing agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure alignment across sales, delivery, and finance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.
• Related experience may be considered as a substitute for the required education.
• Hands-on experience with Evisort (Workday Contract Lifecycle Management) is required; candidates who have led or significantly supported a CLM implementation are highly preferred.
• Understanding of U.S. contract management standards, planning, solicitation processes, contract monitoring, and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with U.S. local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertinent to procurement and contracting.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective collaboration with Deal Desk and RFP Team.
• Highly developed sense of detail.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Experience administering or deploying Evisort (Workday CLM) is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday Financials, Workday HCM, or other Workday ecosystem tools is preferred.
