Asset Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate asset performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance returns.

• Track financial and operational KPIs throughout the portfolio.

• Develop and sustain Excel-based analyses and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic initiatives.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

• Analyze data, detect trends, and propose actionable solutions.

• Ensure the accuracy of reports, financial data, and documentation.

• Assume responsibility for projects from inception to completion while balancing competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, investments, real estate, or analytical roles.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach.

• Flexible and eager to learn.

• Comfortable both giving and receiving feedback.
