This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya, +1 more state.
β’ Assist in the creation, growth, and expansion of the training academy.
β’ Promote advocacy through educational initiatives.
β’ Develop operational systems and accountability frameworks for the academy's training courses.
β’ Collaborate with institutions, agencies, governments, civil society, and other entities to deliver and/or validate the courses.
β’ Ensure that content is provided promptly and is inclusive, intersectional, and trauma-informed.
β’ Support faculty, trainers, and alumnae mentors in delivering transformative learning experiences.
β’ Over 7 years of progressively responsible experience in international human rights, legal advocacy, or women's rights law.
β’ A Master's degree or equivalent certification.
β’ A robust academic background in law, international human rights, gender studies, education/pedagogy, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of training courses (both offline and online).
β’ Advanced understanding of international human rights standards.
β’ Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Arabic, French, Spanish, and/or Russian is highly desirable.
β’ Proven project management experience, including planning, executing, and monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
