Manager, Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, growth, and expansion of the training academy.

• Promote advocacy through educational initiatives.

• Develop operational systems and accountability frameworks for the academy's training courses.

• Collaborate with institutions, agencies, governments, civil society, and other entities to deliver and/or validate the courses.

• Ensure that content is provided promptly and is inclusive, intersectional, and trauma-informed.

• Support faculty, trainers, and alumnae mentors in delivering transformative learning experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressively responsible experience in international human rights, legal advocacy, or women's rights law.

• A Master's degree or equivalent certification.

• A robust academic background in law, international human rights, gender studies, education/pedagogy, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of training courses (both offline and online).

• Advanced understanding of international human rights standards.

• Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Arabic, French, Spanish, and/or Russian is highly desirable.

• Proven project management experience, including planning, executing, and monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
