Instructional Designer – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess business requirements and propose effective learning strategies.

• Design and create performance-oriented e-learning, video, instructor-led, and blended-learning solutions.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to evaluate the impact of learning strategies on organizational objectives.

• Adhere to instructional design methodologies and principles of adult learning.

• Deliver learning solutions in accordance with project schedules and provide timely updates on project progress.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend learning needs, gather content, clarify issues, identify risks, and deliver status reports.

• Develop consistent, high-quality, and brand-aligned materials while following best practices for accessibility.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest modifications based on business objectives.

• Follow technical guidelines to deliver and implement materials that meet learner requirements and hosting specifications.

• Revise and enhance existing content for ongoing improvement.

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate training focused on instructional design and development, or an equivalent educational background.

• Proficient in writing clearly for the intended audience and purpose.

• Experience in creating learning materials using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.

• Ability to write, design, and structure content for documents, videos, eLearning, and instructor-led training.

• Capable of generating ideas and providing suggestions for learning design.

• Demonstrated experience in eLearning design for instructor-led trainings (ILTs) and virtual learning trainings (VLTs).

• Proficiency in Articulate 360.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
