This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to U.S. Oncology commercial teams in enhancing clinical and sales capabilities.
• Assist in the development and execution of the annual training plan.
• Deliver training solutions at the national, regional, district, or individual level.
• Collaborate with mid-level managers and Directors to identify learning needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement learning plans that align with Oncology priorities and strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives yield positive outcomes.
• Work across departments to identify performance gaps and communicate training needs.
• Keep up-to-date with therapeutic areas, products, and competitive landscape.
• Build relationships with Oncology Sales management and stakeholders at headquarters.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new customer-facing oncology roles.
• Conduct clinical training emphasizing effective selling principles.
• Assess training effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Evaluate and recommend educational resources while supporting their development.
• Support brand marketing and Learning & Development during sales meetings through training.
• Implement learning plans for new hires and facilitate successful certification.
• Focus training efforts in line with U.S. Oncology brand priorities.
• Provide training in both in-person and virtual formats.
• Clearly define learning objectives and cater to various learning styles.
• Balance field-based customer requirements while managing routine tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oncology market.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Oncology therapeutic area and current market dynamics.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals, influencing without formal authority, and persuading effectively.
• Strong presentation and training skills, able to articulate complex scientific and public health concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities within a matrix organization.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and aligning decisions with corporate strategies.
• Technological proficiency, including MS Office Suite, iPad, and Veeva.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Preferred qualifications include sales and/or training experience in kidney cancer and hematology.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or PharmD is preferred.
• Experience in sales training and/or another HQ-based role is preferred.
