This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement impactful training programs, both virtual and in-person, that merge clinical knowledge with effective sales strategies.
• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new employees and offer ongoing development opportunities for experienced staff.
• Conduct field ride-alongs for immediate coaching and clinical observation.
• Create clinical training modules for healthcare providers to enhance technology adoption.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist Key Opinion Leaders in educational initiatives that promote peer-to-peer learning.
• Establish training workflows that enable healthcare providers to seamlessly integrate wearable technology into their daily clinical practices.
• Work together with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure that training materials are both clinically accurate and strategically aligned.
• Manage documentation to comply with regulatory standards and monitor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Guide cross-functional teams through influence without having direct authority and engage with organizational leadership directly.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of proven success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in direct interaction with Healthcare Professionals, including developing or facilitating external medical education, managing KOLs, or organizing peer-to-peer programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, practical training materials.
• Strong clinical insight and capability to present scientific data to both internal sales teams and external medical audiences.
• Capacity to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the United States.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Access to tools, training, and mentorship necessary for success.
