📋 Description

• Provide leadership in technical and scientific support for diagnostic assays and systems for key customer accounts.

• Collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Service, Marketing, and Technical teams to meet customer requirements and resolve intricate issues.

• Cultivate relationships with customers and influential opinion leaders.

• Assist in customer-centric initiatives, strategic projects, and commercial ventures.

• Offer technical expertise for tenders, customer inquiries, and discussions regarding product performance.

• Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.

• Formulate strategies and action plans aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Track and report on KPIs while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Act as a technical advisor and advocate for customer requirements within the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in science, medicine, or engineering.

• At least 5–7 years of proven experience in a related quality, technical, or operations Diagnostics field.

• Alternatively, a science qualification accompanied by 15 years of proven experience in a relevant quality, technical, or operations Diagnostics area.

• An Advanced Degree in Science (Ph.D.) is preferred.

• Candidates located near an Abbott Office or those willing to travel frequently for on-site meetings.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Proficient knowledge of assay technology.

• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage various priorities, influence stakeholders, and achieve results.

• Excellent judgment, initiative, organizational capabilities, and a customer-focused approach.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable division, company, or field.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as necessary, both globally and locally.

• Extensive technical and scientific knowledge in diagnostics or related healthcare technologies.
