This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage various TT360 implementations covering planning, requirements collection, solution design, configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and cutover.
• Provide oversight on delivery and act as an escalation point for projects managed by Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Leads.
• Advise clients on optimal solutions involving TT360, third-party tax engines, and ERP integrations.
• Facilitate client sessions to clarify functional and technical requirements, business processes, and data impacts.
• Ensure that TT360 capabilities align with client tax, accounting, and operational needs.
• Guide, coach, and mentor members of the project team.
• Assist in recruiting, assessing, and onboarding new team members.
• Provide leadership with insights into project performance, production status, revenue, and expense tracking.
• Engage in divisional planning, leadership meetings, and operational reviews.
• Develop and uphold TT360 delivery standards, implementation templates, documentation, and reusable resources.
• Aid in business development through solution scoping, client discussions, and identifying new and expanded service opportunities.
• Support internal TT360 innovation, product enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in tax technology, consulting, or implementation delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of third-party transaction tax engines and tax automation solutions.
• Expertise in tax processes, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, including financial modules.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, provide direction, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
• PMP certification or formal project management experience is preferred.
