This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of Tax Account Managers through consistent performance management and professional development.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and provide continuous feedback.
• Foster team engagement and retention by implementing effective leadership practices.
• Supervise daily tax account management tasks, ensuring optimal OSV service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to tax regulations and service standards.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase capacity for scaling operations, improve customer experience, and facilitate changes to the business model.
• Act as a point of escalation for Tax Account Managers regarding customer-related issues.
• Track and manage team KPIs using a disciplined accountability framework, holding team members accountable to performance standards and driving measurable outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a Tax Service Bureau.
• Solid understanding of human resources outsourcing, particularly in payroll, tax, and garnishments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Preferred: Previous experience in HR services portfolio management, Customer Engagement Management, or an Account Executive role in the HR Services Industry.
• Significant exposure to Workday in a services bureau or client environment.
• Extensive knowledge of internal OSV BPaaS processes and procedures.
