This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Talent Sourcers dedicated to creating high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies, complete with performance expectations and metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement through coaching, training, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices.
• Assess recruiting workflows and introduce process enhancements.
• Establish, maintain, and advocate for Talent Acquisition SOPs, documentation, and operational standards.
• Discover and apply automation opportunities to enhance recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
• Construct dashboards and reports on sourcing performance, pipeline health, funnel conversion, recruiter productivity, and hiring results.
• Track CRM campaign performance, source effectiveness, and trends in the talent market.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding efforts, talent communities, and CRM campaigns.
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines for priority and challenging roles.
• Oversee lead generation through CRM campaigns, events, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ATS, CRM, and sourcing technologies.
• Create and maintain user guides, playbooks, and training materials.
• Carry out other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience leading recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition teams.
• Practical experience in administering and optimizing an ATS and CRM, including workflows, reporting, and data management.
• Expertise in managing recruiting data, ensuring data integrity, and generating recruiting analytics and dashboards.
• Experience in developing recruiting processes, SOPs, and scalable operational workflows.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing sourcing or recruiting teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Marketing, and business leaders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and recruiting reporting tools.
• Experience supporting healthcare recruiting or multi-site, high-volume organizations.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS, or other enterprise ATS and CRM systems.
• Experience in implementing recruiting technology, integrations, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, or similar tools.
• Background in building talent communities, CRM campaigns, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Experience leading organizational change, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a nice-to-have.
• Professional certifications like SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, AIRS, or CIR are regarded as advantages.
