📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the approach Later uses to identify, engage, and activate creator talent.

• Develop insights and perspectives on collaborations with talent.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies and prominent creators.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to incorporate talent into various programs.

• 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships with creators, or talent management.

• A robust network of relationships with creators, agents, and managers.

• Outstanding negotiation abilities and relationship management skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
