This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Develop and implement strategies for talent and succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and change management within a division or business unit.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner on mid-level complexity talent issues.
β’ Influence stakeholders across various divisions.
β’ Assess workforce requirements and analyze employee engagement data to inform organizational development.
β’ Promote initiatives that enhance inclusion.
β’ Facilitate activities related to career development and leadership succession planning.
β’ Collaborate with HR and business leaders to evaluate talent readiness.
β’ Organize and supervise training needs assessments and the development of curricula.
β’ Establish capability requirements in conjunction with stakeholders.
β’ Review and manage third-party training vendors.
β’ Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
β’ Analyze talent and development data to uncover trends and insights.
β’ Create reports that support workforce-related decisions.
β’ Coordinate activities of talent development programs across various stakeholders.
β’ Ensure prompt execution and effective communication.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
β’ Proficient in advanced English.
β’ Participation in corporate philanthropy and community support initiatives.
