This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of FSP recruiters, enhancing performance, engagement, and professional development.
• Take ownership of recruiting delivery across various client groups, ensuring that hiring objectives, quality metrics, and service level agreements are consistently met.
• Track recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and requisition outcomes, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to craft proactive talent acquisition strategies that align with workforce planning.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on customer service, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Leverage recruiting metrics, market insights, and workforce analytics to identify trends, enhance processes, and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Assist with escalations, complex searches, and critical hiring initiatives while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in leading recruiting teams within an agency, FSP, or high-volume corporate talent acquisition setting.
• Preference for candidates with FSP experience.
• Proven success in meeting aggressive time-to-fill targets and managing recruiting operations during periods of growth and transition.
• Ability to coach recruiters, manage performance effectively, and build teams with high engagement levels.
• Experience in client-service-oriented delivery models with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging leaders at all levels.
