Manager, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of strategic projects across the bank.

• Perform research and analysis, and compile pertinent reports.

• Provide insights for strategic decision-making through environmental analysis.

• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer market dynamics.

• Generate management reports, including the monthly CEO dashboard and quarterly segment analysis.

• Ensure that business strategies are in harmony with the overall bank strategy.

• Accountable for the quality and punctuality of analyses and reports submitted to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in areas such as Strategy, Operating Model, Organization, Market Research, Macroeconomics, M&A/Corporate Finance, and Management Accounting.

• Capability to convert data into actionable intelligence, with a background in designing management reports.

• Evaluate the effects of both internal and external factors on the bank’s strategy.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills necessary for engaging with senior management and providing insights for strategic business decisions.

• Background in the international financial services sector; Ivy League or top business school MBA is preferred.
