📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the Health Plan and TPA sectors to foster robust partnerships and enhance awareness of our capabilities.

• Drive growth opportunities through the Health Plan and TPA channels.

• Collaborate effectively with members of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.

• Ensure our initiatives are guided by market influencers and the specific needs of payers.

• Generate and implement innovative strategies for partner enablement.

• Organize meetings with partners to promote enthusiasm about our value proposition.

• Aid in crafting responses to partner-sourced RFPs.

• Travel 10-15% as dictated by seasonal demands and business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.

• 1-3+ years of experience with a Master's degree.

• Experience in PBM or Health Plan sectors, particularly with payers, TPAs, or brokers, is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in partnerships or relationship development within a growth-oriented health tech environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with PBM pricing and underwriting is essential.

• Ability to excel in a rapidly evolving, high-growth setting.

• Capacity to quickly grasp complex internal processes and requirements.

• Exceptional poise, presentation capabilities, and strong writing proficiency.

• Skilled in social selling and professional networking.
