This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist TMG's leadership team by ensuring effective day-to-day execution, follow-through, and communication on strategic priorities.
• Create, edit, and oversee presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, reports, and internal communications.
• Convert complex operational and financial data into clear, concise summaries and materials suitable for executives.
• Monitor projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, dependencies, risks, and outstanding issues; proactively highlight delays and escalation items.
• Facilitate updates and the flow of information among various stakeholders and teams.
• Provide project management support for strategic firm initiatives, including milestone tracking, status reporting, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in collaboration with Administrative Business Partners.
• Spearhead change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and tracking adoption.
• Maintain visibility into performance indicators and analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and sustain reporting tools and dashboards.
• Lead agenda creation, pre-read preparation, and content development for leadership meetings, annual offsite events, and Town Halls.
• Document and disseminate meeting notes along with ownership and next steps.
• Standardize operating rhythms, templates, and reporting formats.
• Act as a coordination point for leadership requests, information requirements, and updates.
• Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with leaders and stakeholders at TMG and throughout Council Advisors.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• 6-8 years of experience as a Manager of Strategic Initiatives, strategy consultant, or executive project manager in a high-performance professional services environment such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a similarly demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Proven success in collaborating directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the development of executive-level presentations and data analysis.
• Expertise in producing status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards.
• Exceptional judgment and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Capability to operate amidst ambiguity, incomplete information, and shifting priorities.
• Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and resilience when managing sensitive information and stakeholder interactions.
• Demonstrated track record in project management, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-starter attitude with a focus on action and continuous improvement.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling through PowerPoint.
• Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into clear, concise, and actionable guidance.
• Deep understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts.
• Strong emotional intelligence, executive presence, and credibility with stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and foster strong, trust-based relationships across all organizational levels.
