This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist TMG’s leadership team in executing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective follow-through and communication on strategic objectives.
• Create, edit, and oversee presentations, dashboards, briefing documents, reports, and executive communications.
• Simplify complex operational and financial data into clear summaries and actionable insights.
• Monitor projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, dependencies, risks, and outstanding issues; proactively identify delays and escalation requirements.
• Facilitate updates and manage information flow among various stakeholders and teams.
• Provide project management assistance for strategic firm initiatives, including tracking milestones, reporting status, and developing roadmaps.
• Prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands in collaboration with Administrative Business Partners.
• Drive change management initiatives, including aligning stakeholders, planning communications, and tracking adoption.
• Examine operational and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards.
• Take charge of agenda creation, pre-read preparation, and content development for leadership meetings, annual offsites, and Town Halls.
• Document and distribute meeting notes with action items and next steps.
• Standardize operational rhythms, templates, and reporting formats.
• Act as a coordination hub for leadership requests, information requirements, and updates.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with leaders and stakeholders at TMG and throughout Council Advisors.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Manager of Strategic Initiatives, strategy consultant, or executive project manager in a high-performance professional services environment such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or another similarly demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Proven success in collaborating directly with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, particularly in developing executive-level presentations and performing data analysis.
• Proficiency in generating status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity, incomplete information, and shifting priorities.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality, integrity, and resilience while managing sensitive information and stakeholder interactions.
• Demonstrated history of project management, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Competence in juggling multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to action and continuous improvement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling capabilities in PowerPoint.
• Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial principles.
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and stakeholder credibility.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority and forge strong, trust-based relationships across all organizational levels.
