This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
β’ Analyze and assess business plans, strategic recommendations, and commercial documents for accuracy, completeness, practicality, and logical coherence.
β’ Evaluate business strategies, priorities, assumptions, objectives, execution considerations, and overall feasibility.
β’ Identify gaps, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, missing steps, unclear ownership, unrealistic recommendations, and overlooked constraints.
β’ Examine operational plans, workflows, business processes, resource distribution, responsibilities, and execution methodologies.
β’ Assess business growth, prioritization, resource limitations, commercial trade-offs, and competing strategic or operational alternatives.
β’ Review business analyses, market insights, supporting documentation, assumptions, comparisons, conclusions, and recommendations.
β’ Evaluate Excel spreadsheets for calculations, tables, assumptions, forecasts, supporting data, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
β’ Review Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for clarity, accuracy, professional quality, narratives, analyses, recommendations, and structure.
β’ Measure assigned work products against established quality standards and project guidelines.
β’ Differentiate significant concerns from minor editorial issues and provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback.
β’ Consistently apply evaluation criteria across various assignments.
β’ Operate independently while employing an owner-operator perspective and sound commercial judgment.
β’ A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
β’ Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
β’ Direct experience in founding, co-founding, or independently managing a business.
β’ Background as an Entrepreneur, Small Business Owner, Founder, Co-Founder, or similar business operator.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of business strategy, operations, commercial decision-making, and implementation.
β’ Strong analytical and document-review capabilities.
β’ Excellent written communication skills.
β’ High attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured guidelines.
β’ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Comfortable reviewing a variety of business and commercial work products.
β’ Capable of working independently and providing precise professional feedback.
β’ Applicants must reside in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada.
β’ Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
β’ H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
