Manager, Strategic Finance, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning process by collaborating with essential business partners to manage P&L, cash flow, and forecasts/budgets.

• Create monthly and quarterly forecasts in partnership with aligned business leaders to enhance forecast accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with the CFO and executive leadership to advance company-wide strategic initiatives, including M&A corporate development.

• Engage directly with the company's senior leadership and work cross-functionally with business partners across the larger organization, including the CRO, sales, and operations teams.

• Develop, monitor, and present significant financial and operational metrics to the leadership team to facilitate data-driven business decisions.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

• Comprehend business changes affecting operational planning and generate innovative reports for analyzing key trends to inform crucial decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience as an FP&A Analyst in a technology company, along with background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a Big 4 Accounting firm.

• At least 2 years of experience in the Enterprise Software and SaaS sector is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in developing financial models and translating data into actionable insights.

• High integrity and exceptional business judgment with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions to influence senior leadership teams.

• Capability to establish robust partnerships with key business stakeholders throughout the organization.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is essential; an MBA or CPA is advantageous.

• Outstanding written and presentation skills; well-organized and detail-oriented. Enthusiasm for personal and professional development.

• Resourceful and determined; capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong grasp of corporate finance and accounting principles.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; adaptable and flexible to support ongoing growth and process improvements.
