Manager, Sourcing – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client sourcing, which includes guiding internal resources, facilitating requirements, performing data analysis and research, and executing identified opportunities in collaboration with senior client management, utilizing a comprehensive strategic sourcing process.

• Develop and implement strategies for contract negotiations that encompass acquisitions, maintenance renewals, strategic cost optimization, and enhancements/standardizations of terms and conditions.

• Independently organize, draft, and present a well-structured and compelling final work product to clients.

• Create new intellectual assets, including frameworks and analyses, to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

• Recognize potential risks and challenges in reaching objectives, suggest enhancements to methods, processes, project management/execution, and propose viable solutions.

• Efficiently manage and monitor workstreams, engage stakeholders, and provide reporting on projects and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6+ years of pertinent consulting experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems is mandatory.

• MBA and/or PMP (or similar certifications) are preferred.

• Experience in managing and leading project teams and stakeholders; capability to manage personnel remotely.

• Outstanding project/change management, execution, and implementation abilities.

• Strong business acumen, presence, time management, and exceptional interpersonal/communication (both written and verbal) skills.

• Excellent analytic skills with experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
