This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position functions as a strategic talent advisor tasked with the development and implementation of sophisticated sourcing strategies.
• It operates at a strategic level, shaping long-term talent pipelines, influencing workforce planning, and enhancing the organization's competitive edge in the talent market.
• Furthermore, the role creates and oversees scalable sourcing frameworks that boost efficiency, improve the quality of hires, and enhance overall talent outcomes.
• Leads a sourcing team, disseminates best practices, and exemplifies advanced sourcing capabilities.
• It fosters innovation in sourcing tools and methodologies and impacts process improvements that strengthen the overall talent acquisition function.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of pertinent experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead by influence, shaping decisions and outcomes without formal authority.
• Documented success in advancing initiatives across recruiting, HR, and business teams to enhance processes or outcomes.
• Capability to advocate for new sourcing methodologies, technologies, and frameworks that enhance organizational capability.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose scalable solutions, and drive ongoing improvement.
• Strong history of building trust, promoting alignment, and enabling high-performing team dynamics.
• Demonstrated capacity to make informed, data-driven decisions in ambiguous or high-impact scenarios.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing complex sourcing strategies utilizing market intelligence, talent mapping, and engagement with passive candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to coach team members, share best practices, and exemplify high-impact sourcing behaviors that elevate overall team performance.
