This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate high-performing, cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Supervise project execution and steer technical strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Deliver and integrate services focused on the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud platforms.
• Enhance team talent through recruitment, training, mentoring, regular one-on-ones, feedback, and career development.
• Manage daily team execution and delivery while promoting agile methodologies.
• Guide engineers on intricate architectural decisions, code quality standards, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing to shape product vision and prioritize the backlog.
• Ensure that engineering processes, system architecture, and documentation comply with quality standards and healthcare regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement enhancements in engineering processes.
• Define and track metrics related to productivity, code quality, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• More than 2 years of direct leadership and engineering management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-performing engineering teams through hiring, training, mentoring, and feedback.
• A people-first leadership philosophy with a focus on developing People Leaders.

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering systems utilizing Python, React, TypeScript, Flask/FastAPI, Redux, NoSQL, and serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code, including AWS, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Experience in designing for scalability and supportability.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and experience working with product management to define vision and development priorities.
• A passion for process enhancement and agile methodologies.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.
