This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team dedicated to customer data conversion and migration projects.

• Supervise software development, maintenance, and technical processes associated with conversion initiatives.

• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Project Management, and Engineering teams to guarantee successful implementation and delivery results.

• Propel process enhancements, automation projects, and efforts aimed at operational efficiency.

• Assist with system integrations, data conversion tasks, and technical delivery processes.

• Promote collaboration and effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project commitments, quality standards, and customer expectations throughout the conversion lifecycle.

• Advocate for the strategic adoption of AI and intelligent automation within the Conversions organization.

• Identify opportunities to optimize conversion activities, minimize manual effort, enhance accuracy, and expedite client implementations.

• Champion continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools, analytics, and workflow automation to boost productivity, improve scalability, and achieve operational efficiencies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in software development, technical operations, implementations, project delivery, or similar technical roles.

• Profound knowledge of data conversion and migration methodologies, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

• Practical experience using ETL tools and processes.

• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with software development, data conversion, system integration, and technical delivery processes.

• Experience utilizing AI-enabled development and project management tools, such as Azure DevOps.

• Background in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to forge effective partnerships across teams and departments.

• Preferred: experience in leading process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives.

• Preferred: knowledge of COBOL, SQL, scripting languages, mainframe platforms, or similar enterprise technologies.

• Strong preference for experience in the FinTech industry.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
