This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers focused on enhancing the front-end experience, which includes responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and career advancement.
• Regularly collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Convert design, product, and engineering roadmaps into actionable operational plans, guiding execution and delivery across the Delinea Platform.
• Assess staffing and resource requirements to fulfill project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with design, engineering managers, product managers, architects, and DevOps/SRE leadership to synchronize priorities and communicate results and recommendations.
• Oversee daily platform experience engineering tasks, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, reliability, and overall platform experience.
• Take ownership of the delivery for the component library and UX services developed using Angular/C#.
• Coordinate UI/UX standards across micro-front-end services while ensuring component API compatibility.
• Identify standardized patterns for common components and manage the component lifecycle.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development strategies.
• Supervise code and design reviews focusing on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Collaborate on defining and prioritizing the roadmap.
• Advocate for engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with technologies like Angular, C# .NET, and microservices architectures.
• Expertise in Angular, React, Node, npm, RxJS, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, and module federation.
• Capability to diagnose intricate front-end lifecycles and enhance performance.
• Proficient in writing and reviewing code that adheres to ARIA and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience in developing and supporting complex UI components and component APIs.
• Ability to manage the lifecycle of a component library deployed across multiple services.
• Awareness of current trends in front-end technology and its adoption.
• Full-stack experience in supporting backend services.
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems using MCP or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud security, identity management, and privileged access control.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor within a collaborative environment.
• Experience with Angular/Angular Material and complex micro-front-end architectures like module federation.
• Understanding of front-end service encapsulation, distribution, dependency injection, resiliency, state management, and enterprise UI patterns.
• Knowledge of observability frameworks such as Datadog RUM and Grafana.
• Experience in AI-enhanced security, automated policy enforcement, or data compliance management is a plus.
• Proven track record in Agile software development and continuous delivery.
