Manager, Software Development Engineer in Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and nurturing the team through recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring.

• Offering technical guidance and leadership to your team.

• Engaging in technical design, product specification evaluations, project management, and backlog planning.

• Organizing your team's sprints in collaboration with Team Leads and fellow management colleagues.

• Continuously enhancing internal processes and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess relevant experience in leading and sustaining high-performing engineering teams.

• Hold significant experience in an SDET position, testing software within a distributed, micro-services framework, with substantial expertise in Python and Golang.

• Develop reliable, deterministic, and efficient functional and non-functional test suites within a CI/CD/CT environment, demonstrating proven skills and experience.

• Have a strong understanding of object storage and block storage technologies in cloud settings.

• Experience in designing abstract software architectures from concepts to implementation, creatively applying domain knowledge to address technical challenges.
