This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and motivate a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to manage complete sales cycles, establish and maintain strong pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Offer strategic assistance for escalations and engage directly in complex negotiations and deal structuring.
• Propel strategic growth by enhancing the company’s brand presence within the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Recruit, inspire, coach, and develop team members to optimize productivity and foster career advancement.
• Present detailed activity reports, opportunity management updates, quotes, and forecasts, along with verbal feedback to senior sales leadership.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve success.
• Guarantee a high-quality, consultative sales process that provides exceptional customer experiences.
• Inspire your team with vision, energy, and a commitment to excellence.
• Achieve or surpass team revenue, conversion, and enterprise growth targets.
• Evaluate performance reports to recognize trends and implement strategies for enhancement.
• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture across all sales segments.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to direct reports.
• Conduct training on advanced sales techniques, enterprise account strategy, and professional development topics.
• Demonstrated experience as a positive, collaborative leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales management.
• Required SaaS-specific sales experience; experience with HR-related SaaS is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities with the capacity to develop enterprise-level selling skills.
• Strong analytical skills to discern trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• A high level of personal accountability and ownership.
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
