This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Accountable for developing and implementing service sales strategies that enhance profitability for the NA MACS Services division.
• Lead a proficient team to meet service sales objectives across designated regions.
• Formulate, execute, and oversee the organization’s service sales strategy, focusing on key accounts and assigned areas.
• Develop territory-specific account strategies that outline service value drivers, goals, and tactics to boost profitability.
• Collaborate with Service Marketing and Product Management to identify, create, and price new service offerings.
• Work in partnership with Field Service, Technical Support, Customer Training, and Service Operations to pinpoint service sales opportunities.
• Establish measurable performance targets for the team and individuals that align with business, service, and sales objectives.
• Streamline service sales processes and utilize data-driven reporting to evaluate outcomes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for issues related to service sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, marketing, or administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in a remote sales role focused on service sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising a team directly.
• Willingness to travel to company and customer sites up to 25% of the time.
• Proven experience utilizing a computer-based management system or database while conducting remote sales activities.
• Preferred: Experience within the Biotechnology, medical instrumentation, or Scientific instrumentation sectors is highly desirable.
