Manager, SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Mentor, guide, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet SQL and pipeline targets.

• Evaluate daily performance through call recordings, conversation intelligence, CRM analytics, and activity metrics to uncover coaching opportunities.

• Foster a culture of accountability, ongoing improvement, and high performance.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.

• Cultivate future sales talent by mentoring SDRs into successful Account Executives and sales leaders.

• Utilize AI, automation, and contemporary sales technologies to boost team efficiency and coaching effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience leading high-performing SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales teams.

• A demonstrated history of enhancing pipeline generation through coaching and performance management.

• Strong comprehension of both inbound and outbound sales development strategies.

• Proficient in using Salesforce as a management and coaching resource.

• Familiarity with sales engagement and conversation intelligence tools such as Nooks, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or equivalent technologies.

• Comfortable using AI to analyze conversations, identify trends, enhance coaching, and elevate team performance.

• Highly analytical with the skill to transform data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
