Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and execute Scrum events effectively.

• Eliminate obstacles and foster collaboration among team members.

• Assist the Product Owner and advocate for ongoing improvements.

• Advise Scrum Master teams on agile values and principles.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting to track key information and monitor team progress.

• Create and develop tools for process evaluation to assess Scrum principles within team processes.

• Generate actionable insights from analytics and reports regarding team productivity, velocity, and quality.

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies to collect and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Support the Scrum team and facilitate the Scrum process.

• Establish sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members and stakeholders on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges.

• Over 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in fostering a growth mindset (agility and personal development for oneself and others).

• Skilled in execution and delivery (planning, executing, and supporting) tasks.

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence.

• Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.
