Manager, Sales Strategy – Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate strategic responses to RFPs, advertiser inquiries, and proactive sales initiatives.

• Design tailored partnership concepts, sponsorships, and branded content programs that align with client goals.

• Create engaging presentations, media kits, one-sheets, and sales collateral.

• Assist the sales team with strategic insights and advertiser-focused solutions.

• Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for key advertising categories, products, and partnership opportunities.

• Evaluate audience insights, consumer research, and industry trends to uncover opportunities for advertisers.

• Convert research and market intelligence into persuasive sales narratives, category positioning, and partnership suggestions.

• Recognize emerging trends and unexplored opportunities across media, streaming, gaming, and family entertainment sectors.

• Collaborate with Sales, Research, B2B Marketing, Creative, Content, Distribution, and Operations teams to create and implement partnership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, advertising solutions, media strategy, branded content, sponsorship marketing, or related disciplines.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a background in crafting and delivering engaging client-facing communications and recommendations.

• Exceptional abilities in PowerPoint and presentation creation.

• Experience in developing client-facing materials and sales narratives.

• Capacity to synthesize research, audience insights, and business objectives into actionable strategies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including direct interactions with clients.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
