This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative programs aimed at enhancing recurring revenue offerings, including software and services, within the Customer Experience (CX) portfolio.
• Develop scalable strategies to minimize attrition and promote growth through renewals.
• Lead collaborative initiatives to define future offerings.
• Utilize AI tools to provide actionable insights and guide strategic program development.
• Propel scalable business development initiatives.
• Organize regular forums with field and partner teams to evaluate pipeline forecasts and assess performance metrics.
• Initiate proactive measures to address and close performance gaps.
• Provide strategic advice to influence investment decisions effectively.
• Establish scalable business models that foster partner and market growth.
• Oversee intricate, cross-functional projects from inception through to successful implementation.
• Examine extensive datasets and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Conduct product and systems training for field or partner teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or business consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to execution.
• Demonstrated capability in analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in sales enablement, particularly in providing product/systems training to field or partner teams.
• Expertise in identifying market trends and implementing process improvements to enhance recurring revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales/GTM Strategy within the enterprise software or SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to articulate ambiguous business challenges and deliver high-level executive recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation tools to enhance sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
