This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for delivering essential leadership in Sales Operations and Commercial Project Management to aid strategic planning, decision-making, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Therapy Success to devise strategies, plan initiatives, and offer timely solutions that support the commercial teams.
• Partner with leadership to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment of outcomes.
• Work alongside leadership to pinpoint administrative processes and scalable solutions that accommodate a growing team.
• Develop and present engaging presentations.
• Represent leadership in various forums as required, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and assessment of topics as a key stakeholder while providing detailed updates on functional needs for follow-up.
• Analyze historical data and pipeline activities to forecast future revenue.
• Utilize market-specific data to drive strategic business decisions that facilitate the growth of the Sales team.
• Identify significant market opportunities through continuous evaluation of available data and emerging trends in the marketplace.
• Refine and adjust Sales processes for uniformity and efficiency as the commercial organization evolves.
• Review current Sales infrastructure and administrative processes to proactively address and bridge operational gaps.
• Oversee the planning, template design, data aggregation, and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership.
• Manage the lifecycle of the annual incentive compensation plan, including assessment, strategic alignment, and rollout.
• Ensure alignment and execution of the annual and quarterly quota-setting processes.
• Handle end-to-end compensation planning, reconciliation, approvals, and reporting.
• Promote a collaborative and innovative culture within the Sales team.
• Collaborate with counterparts to identify and implement robust Sales reporting and analytics.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to comprehend business goals and information requirements.
• Convert business requirements into data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and strategic initiatives.
• Align cross-functional projects with Sales objectives to ensure smooth execution.
• Guarantee seamless integration of data across key platforms (SFDC + Business Insights) to provide actionable dashboards for the Sales team.
• Define and establish processes to ensure the timely, accurate, and actionable delivery of Sales data and insights.
• Lead initiatives to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for Sales and establish benchmarks for decision support.
• Collaborate across functions to manage, maintain, and promote consistent processes for customer data management.
• Provide guidance on the selection, implementation, and utilization of Sales tools and technologies.
• Identify and implement effective methods for disseminating information to the Sales team.
• Train the Sales team on the use of essential tools and platforms.
• Analyze account-level data to create actionable reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience in Sales Operations.
• Strong experience in commercial business analysis, data analysis, and project management within the MedTech sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of optimizing Sales processes, commercial operations, data analysis techniques, data-driven decision support, and business intelligence.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and commercial teams at all levels.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert data into narratives tailored to various audiences.
• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
