• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Solution Engineering team to achieve set objectives.
• Oversee both individual and team performance, ensuring necessary measures are in place to uphold exceptional performance levels.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside robust management consulting skills to sway opinions or secure acceptance from diverse customer groups.
• Enhance the SailPoint sales methodology and processes, including the creation of product presentations and demonstrations customized to meet partner needs and aligned with the audience's level and nature.
• Identify gaps in emerging training requirements and develop as well as implement programs to elevate the sales, product, and technology competencies of the Sales Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on account planning, strategy formulation, and sales call activities.
• Provide prompt and insightful feedback to other corporate departments, especially field sales, product management, and marketing.
• Cultivate relationships with product teams and decision-makers, both within the organization and externally.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5 years as a sales engineer.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of solutions, market trends, and best practices within the Identity Security sector.
