This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Set up product installations and customizations during a Proof of Value (POV) engagement.
• Act as a liaison with the Product Management team for key accounts and their technical product needs.
• Offer informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology, aiding in technical sales and competitive messaging.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to our prospects and customers to foster mind-share and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Proficient in the endpoint or network security domain, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS.
• Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Capable of clearly communicating complex security issues to a varied audience.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should function as the technical link between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address diverse external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Background in sales engineering or several years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Proficient in both German and English.
