This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Guide Sales Development Representatives in achieving their outbound pipeline generation objectives.
• Enhance the skills of team members to foster new sales capabilities and refine their existing skill set.
• Implement process and content enhancements to boost the effectiveness of SDRs.
• Work in conjunction with regional Sales Directors, Sales Development Managers, and the Director of Sales Development to enhance both the quality and quantity of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing (Growth) to provide insights on MQL quality and to brainstorm new campaign strategies.
• Consistently report on key individual and team metrics to identify areas needing improvement.
• Recruit and onboard new Sales Development Representatives.
• Proven experience in leading Sales Development Representatives within a rapidly growing tech organization.
• A successful history of generating pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels.
• Strong sales acumen, with experience in a closing role highly preferred.
• Familiarity with a comprehensive tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, and others.
• A genuine passion for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring top talent.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in sales and marketing.
• Proficient in English and at least one additional language, preferably German.
• Experience with remote work is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
