This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Guide Sales Development Representatives in achieving their outbound pipeline generation targets.
• Foster the professional growth of team members by enhancing their sales skills and advancing their existing capabilities.
• Implement process and content enhancements to boost the effectiveness of SDRs.
• Work in collaboration with regional Sales Directors, Sales Development Managers, and the Director of Sales Development to enhance both the quality and volume of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Marketing (Growth) team to provide insights on MQL quality and brainstorm new campaign initiatives.
• Consistently report on critical individual and team metrics to identify areas needing improvement.
• Recruit and onboard new Sales Development Representatives.
• Proven experience in leading Sales Development Representatives within a rapidly growing tech company.
• A successful history of driving pipeline growth through both inbound and outbound channels.
• Strong sales acumen, with experience in a closing role being highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a comprehensive tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, and others.
• A genuine passion for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring high-caliber talent.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in sales and marketing.
• Proficient in English and at least one additional language, preferably German.
• Experience working remotely is not mandatory but considered advantageous.
