• Take responsibility for the administration, governance, and continuous execution of our sales compensation programs as we expand.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant administration of compensation plans across all variable-based positions.
• Introduce structure, discipline, and operational excellence to the complete sales compensation process, ensuring timely payouts, robust controls, and clear communication throughout the organization.
• This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on process development, managing intricate workflows, and acting as a reliable operational partner to cross-functional teams.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, finance, or a similar analytical/operational position.
• Preferred experience with sales compensation tools such as SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or comparable platforms, with a strong preference for SPIFF experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, or similar systems is preferred.
• WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort in managing sensitive, high-impact data and calculations.
• Capability to manage recurring processes with deadlines, controls, and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets are preferred.
• Effective communicator who can engage successfully with senior leadership and non-finance colleagues.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and enhancing processes as the business progresses.
