This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Take charge of and manage analytics that support the Sales department.
• Collaborate with the broader sales analytics team on various analytical initiatives.
• Create and present analytical solutions along with business insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with sales leadership and technical product managers.
• Supervise the creation of intricate models and A/B testing processes.
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Experience in a P&C analytics role; experience in sales/underwriting is a plus.
• Minimum: 6 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in P&C analytics and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data insights to enhance business outcomes.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and drive results across various departments.
• Intellectual and analytical curiosity.
• Must be capable of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor others.
• Capability to generate momentum for change and action.
