This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Supervise a team of 1-2 members.
• Enhance and expand our comprehensive revenue operating model across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Create operational rhythms that promote execution discipline, accurate forecasting, and alignment across functions.
• Take ownership of and advance our seller productivity frameworks—capacity models, performance metrics, and inspection protocols that drive measurable results.
• Develop and manage structured forecasting processes that provide consistent, executive-ready insights into revenue performance and risks.
• Set up pipeline governance standards to maintain data integrity and increase forward visibility.
• Optimize the entire revenue lifecycle—from lead generation to closed-won, expansion, and retention.
• Define and continuously enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Customer Account Database (CAPDB) strategy to sharpen market focus and prioritization.
• Lead territory design and resource allocation to align opportunities with available resources.
• Manage revenue analytics and reporting architecture—transforming performance data into actionable insights that guide executive decisions.
• Design and evolve our go-to-market (GTM) technology and AI strategy, ensuring scalable systems, robust governance, and intelligent automation that enhance efficiency and precision.
• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment, with a comprehensive understanding of full funnel revenue ownership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Demonstrated success in refining and scaling GTM operating models in growing SaaS organizations.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including forecasting, capacity planning, territory design, and performance analysis.
• Experience in owning or influencing GTM technology strategy, covering CRM governance, reporting architecture, and process automation.
• Proven ability to convert data into clear, executive-ready insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leaders.
• Sales Operations experience is preferred for a quicker ramp-up, though strong RevOps professionals with full-funnel expertise are also encouraged to apply.
• The ideal candidate is someone who can enhance and evolve the RevOps framework, rather than merely managing it.
• 100% Remote from Mexico
