This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with Affiliates leadership, taking charge of the RevOps narrative in strategic discussions.
• Conduct weekly business reviews and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Proactively identify conversion trends, cohort gaps, and activation bottlenecks.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Manage the Affiliates organization’s bottoms-up annual operating plan, which includes team composition, quota design, capacity modeling, and hiring strategies.
• Drive weekly bottoms-up forecasts and integrate consolidated outputs into the GTM-wide forecasting model.
• Monitor actuals against the plan, diagnose root causes, and suggest corrective measures.
• Develop and maintain analytics frameworks that encompass affiliate cohorts, LTV by segment, activation rates, expansion triggers, and dormancy signals.
• Model proposed incentive structures, activation playbooks, and affiliate tiers.
• Oversee Endorsed Affiliate agreements, milestones, contracted targets, and payout schedules.
• Create an automated centralized tracking system that offers real-time visibility.
• Manage payout calculations and liaise with Finance for approval and disbursement.
• Own the Endorsed Affiliates ROI framework and provide recommendations on investments, renewals, or exits.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and address them through process design and automation.
• Generate regular reports on program performance, payouts, and ROI for leadership.
• Map, document, and manage key processes related to Land, Activate, and Expand.
• Conduct process audits and enhance broken, redundant, or manual workflows.
• Take ownership of the Affiliates organization’s GTM tech stack and affiliate tracking infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a small team of analysts.
• 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or a closely related GTM analytics function.
• Experience working within a partner, affiliate, or channel ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Background in a high-growth SaaS environment where operational processes were developed rather than merely maintained.
• Demonstrated analytical depth and a proven track record of impact.
• Proficient in creating forecasting models, cohort analyses, and ROI frameworks from the ground up.
• Capable of implementing systems and processes effectively.
• Possess a player-coach mentality with experience in managing and nurturing a small team.
• Strong communication skills across all levels, including managers, directors, and senior directors.
• Experience managing a high-value partnership or contract program, including milestone tracking, payout management, and ROI framework development.
• No specific certification is required.
