This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives within the revenue cycle.
• Foster coordination, organization, and accountability across various cross-functional teams.
• Act as a primary coordination hub for transformation initiatives.
• Ensure visibility, manage timelines, and guarantee consistent follow-through on all active workstreams.
• Organize and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings.
• Create agendas, record notes, and document action items.
• Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure their timely completion.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and analytics teams to achieve alignment.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
• Alert leadership to any risks, delays, or obstacles.
• Generate regular status reports and dashboards.
• Emphasize key risks, dependencies, and areas requiring attention.
• Assist in preparing executive-level summaries and updates.
• Help standardize templates and tracking tools.
• Maintain well-organized project documentation.
• Aid in the implementation of structured program management processes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 5–8+ years of experience in the revenue cycle with a strong emphasis on project/program management.
• Background in driving operational transformation, process enhancements, and system implementations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability among teams.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong follow-through and a commitment to accountability.
• Proficient in Excel and project tracking tools.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with revenue cycle processes (not mandatory).
• Experience with platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet (preferred).
