This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives throughout the revenue cycle
• Foster coordination, organization, and accountability among cross-functional teams
• Act as a central hub for transformation initiatives
• Maintain oversight, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through across all active projects
• Collaborate closely with leadership to achieve results
• Keep a centralized log of all revenue cycle transformation projects
• Ensure that all initiatives have clearly defined owners, timelines, and next steps
• Track progress and proactively follow up on pending deliverables
• Organize and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings
• Develop agendas, take notes, and document action items
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
• Create regular status reports and dashboards
• Support the use of standardized templates and tracking tools
• 5–8+ years of experience in the revenue cycle with a strong emphasis on project/program management
• Proven experience in driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills across functions
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring accountability among teams
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong commitment to follow-through and accountability
• Proficient in Excel and project tracking tools
