Manager, Residential Web – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accountable for implementing the comprehensive digital strategy for the residential web ecosystem.

• Leads the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing online revenue, conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

• Responsible for the complete performance of the website.

• Collaborates with UX, CRO, SEO, and Paid Media teams to create, test, and expand seamless customer journeys.

• Establish business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Organize and prioritize the website product backlog while actively engaging in Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile ceremonies.

• Manage the digital experience platform ecosystem, including Sitecore, GA4, Figma, and A/B testing tools.

• Track web KPIs and analyze customer behavior data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing enterprise e-commerce, lead-generation, or digital product platforms with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth.

• Comprehensive knowledge of sales funnels (MQL/SQL workflows), conversion rate optimization, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and Agile product delivery.

• High-level expertise in Web CMS (Sitecore preferred), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Figma, and data integration environments (scheduling, lead routing, product catalogs).

• Awareness of Agentic/Generative AI and AI-driven customer engagement tools to facilitate personalization, automated workflows, and self-service optimization.
