• Utilize fact-based research to assist clients in enhancing the marketing of their software and services.
• Gather, analyze, and present survey data effectively.
• Collaborate with Research Directors and survey vendors to design and implement customized surveys.
• Evaluate business outcomes resulting from technology adoption and produce top-tier data analyses.
• Develop clear and engaging data visualizations in PowerPoint that facilitate client decision-making.
• Create insightful reports and presentations that translate intricate data into actionable insights.
• Synthesize research insights to craft compelling and credible narratives for various marketing materials.
• Collect and assess research vendor proposals while overseeing costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Manage external research vendors to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Supervise data collection processes to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Continuously seek innovative methods to elevate research quality and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into broader strategic initiatives.
• Over 4 years of experience in market research, statistics, and survey methodologies.
• Practical experience in designing online and telephonic surveys (experience with Qualtrics is advantageous!).
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficient data analysis skills, especially in Excel.
• Experience in managing research vendors for sampling and translations.
• Familiarity with business software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Wrike, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving, writing, and presentation capabilities.
• A proactive approach with a keen interest in uncovering insights.
• Understanding of the technology vendor landscape and/or experience in technology marketing.
• Ability to collaborate across various disciplines and work with multiple teams.
• Interest in managing and mentoring other researchers as the team expands.
